General Manager Juan Diaz was extremely disrespectful and condescending throughout our interaction. He appeared irritated when I initially asked for assistance, and when I addressed his attitude, He gestured like he was driving a semi and acted as though I was an idiot, clearly trying to ridicule me.. His conduct was unprofessional and fell well below the standard I would expect from someone in a management role. I will be submitting a formal complaint through the company’s website.

General Manager Juan Diaz demonstrated exceptional leadership, consistently driving high team performance. Mr. Diaz also proactively addressed a minor maintenance issue by replacing a burnt-out marker light on my vehicle. Technician Lee exhibited meticulous attention to detail throughout the service of my vehicle. We commend both individuals for their outstanding contributions.

I cannot say enough good things about Juan (the Manager) and his crew at the Speedco in Las Vegas. I came in with a complicated trailer wiring issue that other shops simply turned away or couldn't figure out. I was feeling pretty hopeless until I got here. From the moment I arrived, Juan demonstrated incredible professional skill and deep industry knowledge. Instead of brushing me off like the other businesses did, he and his team tackled the problem head-on. Juan was determined to find a solution that worked for me as a driver while ensuring everything was done right for the company. It is rare to find a manager who genuinely cares about getting a positive outcome rather than just moving on to the next easy job. If you need someone who knows their stuff and is willing to go the extra mile, go see Juan. He turned a nightmare situation into a great experience. Highly recommended!

I pulled up to this location with a check engine light on and was greeted by Steven, I can't express how helpful and informative he was. It's been a while since I encountered such pleasant treatment in a repair facility. Anthony Flores was my mechanic he was also very polite he replaced a belt. They are honest people!! I will definitely make this my place to go to service and repairs on my Freighliner.

This place does good work. I don't trust them, though. Loves Doesn't warranty their work anymore, and you have no idea if they could patch a tire or replace a tire. They'll replace a good tire just to keep a tire and never tell you. I had a trailer tire replaced. It was brand new. They said they couldn't patch it, but they didn't show me the tire. If I have to go to another Loves because of a defect or a problem, Loves will not warrant it.
